New Candidate List: Change Primary Skills Mass Action Now Supported

What's new?

The New Candidate List now supports bulk updates to Primary Skills using Select All > Change Primary Skills. You can add, remove, or replace skills for up to 500 candidates at once. Previously, only one page of results could be updated at a time.

You must have the Mass Update Candidate Database Field action entitlement to see this option

Why does it matter?

This enhancement makes it faster and easier to manage candidate data. Recruiters can now update skills in bulk, saving time and keeping records accurate across larger candidate groups.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress.
